Free AI referral skills for realtors

Ask an assistant for a referral email and you get something that could be from anyone. These skills give it what it's missing: what to ask you first, the rules a realtor's messages need (thank people, never reward them for a referral; no promised results; fair housing), and the exact link that belongs in each message.

- A same-day thank-you, a day 2 check-in and a day 7 note for each visitor, sorted by what they told you at sign-in.

Buyer and seller guide builder
- The job it does
- Writes a free guide people are glad to get, with your Zallant link at the end.
- What you get
- A one or two page guide (first-time buyers, getting ready to sell, moving to the area) with a clear way to reach you.
- Use it when
- You want something useful to hand out at an open house, post, or send to a past client to pass on.

How to add them
In Claude
- In Settings, then Capabilities, turn on Code execution and file creation. On a work account, the account owner turns on skills for everyone.
- Open Customize, then Skills.
- Press +, then Create skill, then Upload a skill, and pick the .zip file. Leave it zipped.
- Make sure the skill is switched on. Add the others the same way.
In any other AI tool
- Download the .md file and open it. It is plain text.
- Copy all of it into your assistant's custom instructions, or into the instructions of a project you use for your business.
Then ask
- "Write a referral ask for Ana, who bought a condo in Reston in August. Her link is …"
- "Write my open house follow-ups for 12 Oak St. Here are my visitors' first names and notes."
- "Write three posts about my new review from Sam P."
Questions
I'm not technical. Can I use these?
Yes. You download a file, add it once, and then ask in plain words, like "Write a referral ask for Ana, who bought in Reston in August." There is nothing to set up or code.
Do the skills see my leads or my Zallant account?
No. They are plain instructions for your AI assistant. They don't connect to Zallant and nothing is sent to us. You paste in only what a job needs: first names and your links, never emails or phone numbers.
Do I need Zallant to use them?
No. Without it, the messages leave a [LINK] where your link goes. With Zallant you get those links (your page, your review link, a referral link for each past client) and Zallant shows you who sent each new lead.
Can I change them or share them?
Yes. Open the file, change any line to fit how you work, and share it with your team.
Why are they free?
They work best with Zallant, and we would like you to try it. No email or card is needed to download them.
