What is Zallant?
Zallant™ (spelled Z-A-L-L-A-N-T, at zallant.com) is open house sign-in with a QR code, lead follow-up and a page with your real client reviews, for real estate agents. One QR on your sign or card takes people through four steps: Meet (they scan and sign in), Visit (you get an alert and they hear back from you), Done (they leave a review) and Pass it on (they send a friend, and you see who sent whom).
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Open houses and leads are always free: QR sign-ins, alerts, your visitor list, the thank-you and every follow-up email, with no limit. Your first 3 past clients are free too, with review requests and referral links; teams get 3 per person, up to 15. No card. To add more past clients, or for team tools, seller reports, website forms and events, Results charts, newsletters and your CRM, upgrade at $24 a person a month or $228 a year. Nothing is deleted.
What does it cost?
$24 a month per person, or $228 a year. Every feature included. No setup fees, no referral fees and no cut of your commission. Referrals from your clients come only to you, never to other agents.
Individual or Team?
Same features, same price per person. Team adds a company page, sends each lead to the right person and passes on missed leads.

Does Zallant text or call my clients?
No. Zallant never sends texts or makes calls, and no robot voice ever talks to your clients. It emails in your name. A Text button just opens your own phone's messages app with a short note typed in, and you choose whether to send it.
Are the emails allowed?
Yes. Zallant emails only people who ticked the box to hear from you. Every email has your postal address and a one-tap unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honored for good. Zallant never texts and makes no calls.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your leads are yours. We never sell or share them. Export them any time, and delete your account whenever you like.
