Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use Zallant™, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or voice control.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on zallant.com, the Zallant app and the pages and forms Zallant shows for our customers.
What we do
- Every change is checked automatically on every page, on a computer and a phone screen, before it goes live.
- Pages work with a keyboard alone, and the link or button you're on is always visible.
- Pages still work with larger text, colors keep strong contrast in light and dark mode, and motion stops if your device asks for less.
- Pictures have text descriptions, and forms label every field.
What we know isn't perfect yet
- The “Verify you are human” check on some forms comes from our hosting provider. If it blocks you, email us and we'll help you another way.
- Pages our customers write themselves (their words and photos) are up to them; we give them tools to add photo descriptions.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, email neeraj@zallant.com with the page and what happened. A real person reads every message, and we aim to reply within one business day (US Eastern time).
