Zallant™ ("Zallant", "we", "us") is a lead follow-up service for real estate teams, operated by NSU Systems LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers zallant.com, app.zallant.com, and the forms, sign-in pages, text messages and emails we deliver for our customers.

Who this applies to

Customers and their team members: real estate team leads and agents who use Zallant.
Leads: people who submit a form or sign in at an open house run by one of our customers. For lead information, we act on behalf of that real estate team, which decides how it follows up with you.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, mobile number and team details of customers and their agents.
Lead information: what you enter in a form or open-house sign-in, such as your name, phone number, email, the questions you answer and any message.
Consent records: whether you agreed to receive texts and emails, the exact wording you agreed to, the time, and the IP address of the device you used.
Messages: the texts and emails we send and receive for our customers, including your replies.
Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to run and secure the service.
Integration credentials: if a customer connects Follow Up Boss, its API key, stored encrypted.

How we use information

To deliver your inquiry to the right agent and alert them.
To send the replies and follow-up messages you agreed to receive, on the real estate team's behalf.
To pass your inquiry into the team's customer relationship management (CRM) system when they've connected one, such as Follow Up Boss.
To give our customers reports such as response times and open-house summaries. Open-house summaries shared with homeowners never include visitors' names or contact details.
To operate, secure and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use lead information for our own marketing.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our telecommunications provider). Those providers may use the information only to provide that service.

Who we share information with

The real estate team you contacted and its agents.
Service providers that run parts of Zallant for us, under contracts that limit their use of the data: hosting and database (Cloudflare), text messaging (Twilio), and email delivery (Resend).
Integrations a customer turns on, such as Follow Up Boss, which receive lead information on the customer's instruction.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the service.
In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, subject to this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as the customer's account is active or as needed to provide the service. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to show compliance with messaging laws. Customers can ask us to delete their data when they close their account.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypt stored integration keys, restrict each team's data to its own members, and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any message.
Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any follow-up email.
Access or deletion: email neeraj@zallant.com. If your request is about a lead inquiry, we'll work with the real estate team you contacted, because they control that information.

Children

Zallant is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We'll post any changes on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will be communicated to customers by email.
