Send your open house leads to your CRM
Paste your CRM's lead email address once. New leads go there on their own.
Paper or QR, your open house leads can land in the CRM you already use, with no typing. Here is how to set it up, step by step.
Set it up in four steps
Find your CRM's lead email address. Many CRMs give you a private email address for new leads: anything sent there in a set format becomes a new contact. In your CRM's settings, look for words like "lead email address", "lead dropbox", "lead capture" or "email parsing". It looks like a normal email address. Can't find it? Your CRM's help pages or support team can tell you.
Paste it in Zallant. Open Settings, then Send leads to my CRM, and tap Connect your CRM. Paste the address and tap Save address. It takes about a minute.
Send a test lead. Tap Send test lead. A contact called "Test Lead" should show up in your CRM within a few minutes. Delete it afterwards, and you're set.
Upload your sign-in sheet, or let guests scan your QR. Each new lead goes to your CRM right after it arrives in Zallant: name, email, phone and where they came from (the open house address, who referred them, their answers), with a link back to the lead in Zallant.

Is it free?
On the Free plan, the people from your free sign-in sheet photos go to your CRM's lead email address. On a paid plan ($24 a month), every new lead goes there, and you can add short notes when a lead moves a step, gets an email from Zallant or leaves a review.
Does my CRM need anything special?
Only a lead email address. Zallant sends a plain email that starts with "New lead activity notification", then Name, Email, Phone, Source and Notes. Some CRMs read it right away; others learn the format from one sample email, which the test lead gives you.
Do changes in my CRM come back to Zallant?
No. It goes one way: Zallant sends new leads to your CRM, and your CRM stays the place you work them.
Do I have to stop using my CRM?
No. Zallant works alongside the CRM you already use. No CRM yet? Zallant is your CRM.
What if my CRM has no lead email address?
On a paid plan you can use a webhook instead: Zallant sends each new lead to a web address you pick, for tools that accept one. On every plan, Download for your CRM saves your leads or past clients in a file with the column names CRMs expect, ready to import.
Can I turn it off?
Yes, any time: Settings, Send leads to my CRM, then Turn off.
