Buyers who aren't ready yet: how to stay in touch without being a pest

Plenty of people who reach out today won't move for months. They don't need a weekly newsletter. They need to remember your name when they are ready.
For: Leads who said "not yet", "just looking" or "maybe next year".
The plan
- Be honest about timing. If they say "not yet", believe them. Ask when a good time to check in would be, and write it down.
- One short email a month, for three months. A friendly hello, an easy question, and no pressure. Each one should be easy to answer in one line.
- Make replying easy. End with one simple question or "just reply". When they answer, it lands in your inbox like any email.
- Then stop. After three months, stop the emails. If they unsubscribe, that is the end of it.
