Client appreciation party: a simple plan
A free playbook for realtors · October 17, 2026
A client appreciation party is a thank-you, not a sales pitch. It brings past clients back together, and when they bring a friend, you get to meet the people they trust.
For: Once or twice a year, for past clients and their friends.
The plan
- Keep it simple. An evening, food and drinks, a place people can reach easily. A backyard, a park pavilion or a local restaurant's back room all work.
- Invite past clients, and ask them to bring a friend. One event link for everyone. Ask for the friend's first name so a name tag is ready.
- Remind people the day before. A short reminder with the time and the address.
- Thank everyone afterwards. A short thank-you email to every guest the next day. No sales pitch, and keep it a thank-you: no prizes for referrals.
The words
Copy them as they are, or change them to sound like you.
The invitation
