What's new in Zallant™
Everything we've shipped, newest first. Have an idea? Tell us.
October 12, 2026
- Clearer homepage: every lead gets a fast reply and a friendly follow-up, so no one slips through.
- Keep your Google profile: the FAQ now says so plainly. Zallant works alongside it, and people who review you on Zallant get a "Post on Google" button.
- Easier to find on search: How it works and the realtor page can now show up in search results, plus a new Who it's for page and a page for each kind of business Zallant serves (home services, cleaners and organizers, wedding and event pros, photographers, teachers, pet care, fitness coaches and tutors).
- Your page brings you free months: when someone sees your page, sends you a message or leaves you a review, a small line asks if they work with clients too. If they start Zallant from there, it counts as your invite, so you get a free month once they've paid for 30 days. Your printed signs and flyers now end with "Made with Zallant™". Settings shows how many people joined from your invites, how many are paying and the free months you've earned.
- Insurance agents and tax and bookkeeping pros are welcome: each has its own choice at sign-up, right under Real estate, with its own words. Insurance is for home, auto, life and business (not health insurance or Medicare). To keep you and your clients safe, your page shows your license line, forms remind people not to share health, policy, tax or ID details, and ID numbers are never accepted in forms or reviews.
- Status, Security and Help pages: zallant.com/status shows if Zallant is working right now, with a dated list of any past problems. zallant.com/security explains in plain words how your data is protected and which outside services handle it. zallant.com/help says who answers your email and how fast we aim to reply, with quick answers. The status page also shows uptime for the last 90 days. New too: What's new (zallant.com/whats-new) lists everything we've shipped, and Accessibility (zallant.com/accessibility) says how we make Zallant work for everyone and how to tell us about a problem. All of these are linked at the bottom of every page.
- After-visit emails: after a first class, trial lesson or visit, tap Start on the lead's page and Zallant sends three short emails from you, 1, 3 and 7 days later. They stop when you mark the person won or lost, or tap Stop. Edit the words on the Follow-ups page.
- Your words: call each step what you call it. In Settings > Your words, rename "Won", "Appointment set", "Past clients" and your booking and payment buttons (for example "Booked", "Consult", "My couples", "Pay a retainer"). Leave a box empty to keep the usual word.
- Simpler sign-up: pick one of five kinds of business: Real estate; Services that come to you; Lessons, classes and coaching; Nonprofits and faith communities; or Other. Each comes with its own words (for example "Trial class" and "Enrolled" for lessons, "First visit", "Joined" and "Donate" for nonprofits and faith), and you can change any of them in Your words. Lessons offer a "free practice test" choice, and the forms never ask about health or faith.
- "Scan to give" sign: add your payment or giving page in Settings and Signs & cards gives you a sign whose QR opens it ("Scan to give", "Scan to donate" or your own word). The money goes straight to you.
- Choosing a company logo on Set up my profile uploads it right away again (before, nothing happened).
- A simpler menu: four tabs instead of eleven, in the order you use them: Leads, Your page (your page, signs and cards, forms), Clients (past clients and newsletters) and Settings (follow-up emails, team, billing, Outbox). Each page shows its tab's pages as a row at the top. On phones the four tabs sit at the bottom of the screen, within thumb reach. Insights is now called Results, under Leads.
- Web addresses, typed any way: website, booking, payment and review link boxes now take addresses like www.yoursite.com. We add the https:// for you.
- Set up my profile: after you sign up, Zallant starts with one short page: your name, a photo, a few lines about you and the email clients can reach you at. Then the rest of the app opens and you see your page. Already a customer? We'll show it to you once if something is missing.
- Your page is just your page: it now shows exactly what clients see when they scan your QR. To change anything, tap Edit my profile.
- Website check, clearer: the Website verified badge is now three plain steps, with an "Email it" button to send the line to whoever runs your website. After you press "Check my website", the result shows right in the card and says what to do next. The badge is optional, and an old message no longer comes back when you reload the page.
- Photo and logo uploads: choosing a picture now says what it is doing ("Uploading…", then "Saved.") or exactly why it didn't work. A new logo shows right away, and wide pictures like logos are fitted instead of cut off.
- Easier follow-up emails: no more code-like {{fields}}. Your follow-ups now say things like "Hi [Their first name]," and you tap a button to add a name, your phone or your booking link. The preview looks like the real email, updates as you type and suits dark mode, and the message box grows to fit.
- Take your data with you: Settings > Your account > "Download all my data" gives you one file with your leads, past clients, referrals, reviews, newsletters, forms and photos. Spreadsheet files open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. If you cancel, you get an email with the link, and you can still sign in and download it for 30 days after your plan ends.
- US only for now: Zallant is for businesses in the United States. Visitors from other countries can leave their email to hear when we open there.
- With a keyboard, the link you're on never hides under the top bar or behind the feedback card, and the app menu wraps neatly when you make text bigger.
- Dark mode: every Zallant page now has a dark look. Pick it in Settings > Your account > Appearance: Same as my device (the default), Light or Dark. Your QR codes and printouts stay light so they always scan.
- Your account in Settings: your photo, name and email at the top, with Appearance, lead emails, plan and billing, Download my data, Sign out and Delete my account in one place.
- Lead emails your way: once phone notifications are on, you can turn off the new-lead emails. Without notifications they keep coming, so you never miss a lead.
- Partner accounts: Zallant can give creators and partners a free account with no card, for 12 months, renewed while they keep sharing. They sign up through a personal link.
- Invite free months now arrive 30 days after the person you invited starts paying, and don't count if that payment is refunded or disputed. Partners have no yearly limit.
- Terms: free months and partner accounts have no cash value and can't be refunded or transferred.
- Take deposits: add a link to your own payment page in Settings, and people see a "Pay a deposit" button on your page and right after they reach out. Payments go straight to you.
- Send new leads to another app: paste a webhook address in Settings and every new lead is sent there the moment it arrives, with a "Send a test" button.
- Undo, not "Are you sure?": after you mark a lead won, change its status, tap "Not now" or "I thanked them", an Undo button puts it back.
- Search your leads: one box finds leads by name, email or phone, and your past clients too. On a computer, press / to jump to it.
- Last touch: see how long it's been since you were in touch with each lead and past client.
- At a glance: each lead page starts with a short row: status, where they came from, last touch and what it was worth.
- Small phones: the "Verify you are human" box now fits on the narrowest phones, so sign-up, sign-in and your forms never scroll sideways.
- On phones, zallant.com centers its cards and text.
- On phones the Zallant logo in the header is bigger and the trial button smaller, so they look in proportion.
- Softer look: zallant.com sections alternate soft blue, white and light gray, the big blue band is now light blue, and sections glide in gently as you scroll (no motion if your device asks for less).
- Easier to read: one set of text sizes on every page and email. Body text is 17px everywhere, and small text is bigger on phones.
- Your page never looks empty: link the reviews you already have elsewhere ("See my reviews on …"), ask your past clients for a review with an email we write and you send from your own email, and clients can paste a review they wrote somewhere else. New pages say "New on Zallant™" in a friendly way.
- Signs & cards: download print-ready PDFs with your QR: a 4x6 table tent, an 18x24 yard sign, business cards and a flyer, worded for your kind of business.
- Your QR on the go: show your QR full screen when you meet someone, and keep it on your phone's home screen. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are coming soon.
- Message on Instagram: add your Instagram username and your page gets a "Message on Instagram" button.
- Know who sends you business: each past client's page shows how many people they sent you, how many you won, a Bronze, Silver or Gold badge, and their lifetime value (add what a won job was worth, only you see it).
- Say thanks in one tap: when a referral turns into business, your Leads page reminds you to thank the person who sent them, with a ready thank-you email.
- Open and Done: your leads are now in two simple lists. One tap moves a lead to Done when you win it, or back to Open.
- The timeline fills itself in: each lead shows how they found you, every email, every status change and who made it, and your thank-yous, without typing anything.
- Newsletters to the right people: send to everyone, to people who sent you someone, or to people you haven't been in touch with for 45+ days, and add {{first_name}} to greet each person by name. "Book out my month" writes two short emails for you to send to people you haven't seen in a while.
- Welcome email: new accounts get one short welcome email with three quick steps, including adding your booking link.
- Warmer words on zallant.com: the homepage, How it works, the realtor page and sign-up now read friendlier and more upbeat, and say that people can book a time with you using your own booking link.
- Easier with a keyboard or screen reader: the link you tab to never hides under the top bar, button text stays easy to read when you hover, and small links are easier to tap on phones.
- Made for people on the go: the homepage now shows realtors, home services, cleaners, wedding planners, photographers, fitness coaches and tutors, with new photos, and lists many more businesses that work without a storefront. Sign-up has new business types: photo and video, weddings, parties and tours, pet care, and freelancers.
- Tell us how we're doing: now and then a small card on your Leads page asks how Zallant is going (one tap). After three months, one short survey also asks whether you'd use texting. Nothing in your first month, never more than one card every two weeks, and "Not now" or × closes it. We only ever share totals, never names. Once Zallant has review-site pages, the card may also ask, now and then, if you'd rate Zallant there.
- Pick a time right away: if you've added your booking link (Settings → You), people see a "Pick a time" button as soon as they send your form or a referral form, and your first email includes the link too.
- The Zallant name now always starts with a capital Z: in the logo, the header and footer, emails and the share picture.
- Individual and Team accounts are kept apart: an Individual account no longer sees team pages, team settings, the leaderboard or "pass to a teammate". Want to work with others? Billing has "Switch to the Team plan" (same price per person).
- Tap any picture to see it big: the screenshots and diagram on zallant.com open full screen with an X to close. Pinch, scroll or use + and − to zoom in. On phones the pictures are centered and a little bigger.
- The "Start your free trial" button at the bottom of the phone homepage is bigger, with larger, centered words.
- The page pictures on zallant.com are retaken in the new look (blue logo, capital Z) and sharper, and show the booking buttons ("Book a time" on your page, "Pick a time" after someone reaches out), and a new picture now shows right away instead of an old saved copy.
- Pictures on zallant.com grow a little when you point at them, and the lines between the 4 steps are gone.
- A clearer "How Zallant works" picture: bigger, bolder text for the 4 steps, and on phones a tall version with one step under the other, so it reads without zooming.
- New look: Zallant now uses clean white and light gray pages with one blue accent, a new blue logo, and sharper pictures and icons on every screen.
- Know which links bring leads: if your form link carries campaign tags (like ?utm_source=flyer), each lead keeps them. You see them on the lead, in the CSV download and in Insights under "By campaign".
- Sign-up asks (optionally) how you heard about Zallant.
- Lead alert, day 2 reminder and hot-lead emails have a clear "Call or update" or "Open the lead" button; emails stay readable in dark mode and fit small phones.
- If you haven't added a mobile number, your first email to a lead says "Just reply to this email" instead of "call me at this number".
- New page for realtors: zallant.com/referral-tracking-for-realtors.
- Pass it on: when a friend uses a past client's link, Zallant emails that client a thank-you from you (at most once a month, only if they agreed to your emails; it never names the friend). The referral page now has Share, Email it and Copy link buttons so friends can pass you on too.
- Google review link: add it in Settings. It goes in your thank-you emails and shows after every review on your page, the same for everyone.
- Invite a pro, get a free month: Settings has your invite link. When a business you invite starts paying, you get a free month. Inviting yourself doesn't count.
- Where your leads came from: the Leads page shows the last 30 days of leads by sign or form in one line.
- A fresh look: cleaner type, rounded buttons, softer cards, a header that stays at the top, and gentle motion on every page. Colors stay the same.
- Sign-in, sign-up, lead, referral and review forms can show a quick “Verify you are human” check to stop spam bots. It turns on once its keys are set, and if the check is ever down the forms keep working.
- Sign-in and sign-up forms only accept posts from Zallant's own pages, and a sign-in code can be guessed wrong only 20 times a day per person (the email link still works).
- Signing up with "Other" as your business type now asks you to confirm your business isn't one Zallant doesn't serve (medical, legal, accounting or tax, financial, mortgage or lending, or insurance).
- Show a friend your QR: a past client's referral page has a "Show a friend your QR code" link. It opens a big QR on their phone that a friend can scan face to face, so you still know who sent them.
- If past clients fill in their own referral link, the lead still reaches you but isn't counted as their referral. It's marked "same contact, not counted".
- Outside real estate, a lead or referral that turned into work is now called Won instead of "Closed". Past clients whose friends became work are listed first, and the Past clients page counts them.
- Zallant has no texting. Text buttons, texting consent and text follow-ups are gone. Call and email buttons stay, and the day 2 follow-up is now a reminder to call. Privacy Policy and Terms are updated to match.
- "Let leads text you first" is now "Show leads who to call": leads see Call and Save contact buttons for their contact person.
- The homepage example cards now show real photos for each kind of business.
- How it works now shows the real pages behind each step (your page, the scan sign-in, your leads and a friend's referral page), the "How Zallant works" loop, and the Leads page for an individual and for a team.
- On phones and tablets, tapping a form field no longer zooms the page in.
- The homepage FAQ now answers price, the free trial, Individual vs Team, who it's for, how referrals are tracked and how your data is kept safe. Every page has a "Questions? Email us" link.
- Zallant is in early access: only invited emails can sign up or sign in for now; everyone else sees "Zallant is opening soon" with a way to email us.
- Starting the free trial will ask for a card (through our secure payment page) once payments are switched on. You're not charged until day 31, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
- Zallant emails now show the Zallant™ logo and "Referrals, made easy.™", and end with a signature.
- Newsletters: write a newsletter in Zallant and send it from your own email to past clients who agreed to your emails. Zallant adds your name, address and an unsubscribe link, splits big lists into emails of 50 in Bcc, and leaves out anyone who unsubscribed. Tick "They agreed to get my emails" on a past client (or the box when you import a spreadsheet).
- Zallant works in your phone's browser; there's no separate phone app.
- Every page now ends with a footer showing the Zallant™ logo and "Referrals, made easy.™", and the tagline sits under the logo at the top. Sign-in forms, referral links and your public pages now open with your photo and name, with a small Zallant™ mark beside them.
- Working alone? Past clients, Leads and Settings no longer talk about a team or show an Agent column.
- Past clients has a Download CSV button: your list with each client's own referral link, ready to share or mail-merge.
- The "Share it" card on Your page is roomier: a big QR you can download and each link with its own Copy button.
- Your page shows two pictures: your photo and your company logo. Each has one Upload button that does the rest.
- Uploading a photo works with any phone photo: Zallant crops and shrinks it for you and shows a preview first.
- Your photo (or your logo) now shows next to your name at the top of every page, and Past clients is titled with your name.
- Sign-in emails have a big "Sign in to Zallant" button and a large, easy-to-copy 8-digit code.
- A cleaner start: the "Your QR is ready" card shows a big QR you can print, next to a simple 1-2-3 checklist, and the menu fits on one row.
October 11, 2026
- On the smallest phones, the "Sign in" link in the menu is readable again.
- Follow up today: the top of your Leads page lists who to call now: call-backs due, new leads still waiting (hot ones first) and leads that have gone quiet for 10 days. Tap Done when you've followed up.
- The homepage now shows how Zallant gets you referrals and tracks who sent whom, with example pages from different businesses.
- Sign-up shows the Individual and Team plans side by side.
- Screens and guides use everyday words for every kind of business: "teammate" or "person" instead of "agent", and outside real estate, past clients ask for an address and the date you served them (no closing date or buyer/seller), and Insights no longer shows an empty open houses table.
- The terms and privacy policy now describe your public page and reviews.
- On very small phones (or zoomed in), the menu and homepage fit the screen with no sideways scrolling.
- "✓ Client" reviews: open a lead and press Ask for a review. We email them a one-time link, and their review shows "✓ Client" on your page. Your page also counts your verified clients.
- "Website verified" in one step when your sign-in email is at your website's domain (for example jane@janesroofing.com and janesroofing.com). Sites verified with the one line are checked again every week; if the line is gone twice in a row, the badge comes off and we email you.
- Every page now shows "Member since", and team pages show "Email verified" too.
- Shorter, simpler wording on every page, form and email.
- A new How it works page, and the homepage now opens with "Turn past clients into your next clients."
- Your own page: everyone gets a public page with your photo, what you do, your QR code, a Contact button and your clients' reviews with the date and time. Open Your page in the menu to add a photo and a short bio, copy your review link for happy clients, and download your QR. Teams also get a company page that lists your people.
- Your QR on the Leads page now opens your page.
- Your page can now show your services, where you work, your hours, how fast you usually reply, up to 5 pros you recommend, and "Website verified" once you add one line to your site. Visitors get a Pass it on box to text, email or copy your page. Forms ask "Who sent you?", and the answer shows on the lead.
- Sign-up asks "Individual" or "Team or company" first, then your kind of business ("Other / none of the above" if it isn't listed). Referral links are on from the start.
- A new homepage: "Referrals, made easy."
- Zallant is open to everyone. Anyone can start a 30-day free trial at zallant.com, on their own ("Just me") or as a team, in any kind of business. Your forms, questions and wording follow the kind of business you pick; open houses stay for real estate.
- One price per person, every feature included. Teams pay the same per person and get the team features.
- Zallant is not offered to medical, legal, accounting or tax, financial, mortgage or lending, or insurance businesses; sign-up and the terms say so.
- Sign-up now asks you to confirm that you follow your own industry's and state's rules. Zallant is a tool and gives no legal advice; the terms explain it.
- Your QR is ready: new accounts get three steps on the Leads page: scan your own QR to see what clients see, print your sign, and tell us your next open house or event so we can email you a reminder to print the day before.
- Working alone? You won't see the Team page until you invite someone (Settings → Invite a teammate).
- Settings are simpler: the old texting registration, texting mode and Follow Up Boss cards are gone. Zallant sends emails and phone notifications; you text people from your own phone in one tap, as before.
- The morning digest no longer shows "Leads who replied" (it was always zero since Zallant stopped texting).
- Emails really send now. Sign-in links, invites, lead alerts and the emails to your leads go out for real from notify@zallant.com (until now the app was in test mode and only saved them).
- The Zallant phone app: add Zallant to your home screen (iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen; Android: Install app), then open Settings → Notifications on this phone and tap Turn on. New leads, hot leads, passed leads and reminders pop up on your phone within seconds, and tapping one opens the lead. Emails still come as before.
- Sign-in emails now also include an 8-digit code, so you can sign in inside the phone app without leaving it.
- v1.12 (Settings → Team, each off until a team lead switches it on):
- v1.11 lead tools (Settings → Lead tools, each off until a team lead switches it on):
- Away: agents can set "I'm away until" under Settings → You; new leads and automatic pass-ons go to teammates meanwhile.
- Get started: new teams see a short checklist on the Leads page, with "Send me a practice lead" to see exactly what an agent gets. It hides itself once the team has real leads, or with "Hide this".
- Lead CSV export has two new columns at the end: Call back and Lost reason.
- The lead form's text consent now reads "text messages from {your team} and its agents"; our privacy policy and terms say plainly that Zallant itself doesn't send texts or make calls.
- The Follow Up Boss card is hidden; export leads to your CRM with Leads → Export CSV.
- The roster spreadsheet no longer needs the "alert texts" column; mobiles are always saved for the Call and Text buttons.
- The "veteran or military" question is now marked optional with a "Prefer not to say" choice, and shows team leads a fair-housing note when they add it. It stays off unless you turn it on.
- Text leads from your own phone: the lead alert email and the lead page have a "Text … from your phone" button. Your Messages app opens with the reply already written; press Send. It comes from your own number, and the lead is marked contacted.
- On day 2, agents get a reminder email with a check-in text written for them.
- Zallant itself now sends no text messages: leads get emails from you through Zallant, and lead alerts come by email. A Zallant phone app with notifications is next.
- Each team has its own SMS terms and privacy notice, linked from its forms' text-consent box.
- Leads you add by hand are emailed only.
October 10, 2026
- v1.8 (faster lead response, all optional in Settings):
- v1.7 (passing leads and progress):
- zallant.com shows a short private-pilot page while we work with our first teams.
- v1.5 (team onboarding):
- v1.4 (legal and pilot readiness):
- v1.2 (pilot go-live):
- v1.3 (Team plan billing):

- On phones, the homepage keeps a "Start a free 60-day pilot" button at the bottom of the screen.
- Privacy policy explains cookies and analytics (one essential cookie, no trackers).
- Follow-up emails show the team's mailing address (add it in Settings → Team).
- Terms: 18+ business use, auto-renewal and cancellation, and copyright (DMCA) notices.
- Faster, more private pages: the font is self-hosted, so pages no longer call Google.
- A proper "page not found" page, share previews for open-house links, search-engine details and icons.
- Leads list shows 100 at a time with "Older leads →", and the counts at the top cover all leads.
- Team leads can permanently delete a lead (for privacy requests). Opt-outs are kept.
- Expired sign-in links and sessions are cleaned up daily.
- /health now also reports if the every-minute job (texts, follow-ups) stops running.
- Database indexes for faster lead, note and follow-up lookups.
- Security: invite-only sign-up, rate limits, security headers, CSRF protection (PR #9).
- Accessibility: every page passes automated WCAG 2.1 AA checks (PR #9).
- Staging site and deploy buttons (PR #10).
October 8, 2026
- Website (zallant.com), privacy policy and terms, and the app at app.zallant.com in test mode.
