What happens when a buyer reaches out
- Your phone gets a text from Zallant within seconds: the buyer's name, number, where they came from, and a link.
- At the same moment, the buyer gets a friendly text and email from you, in your name, with the listing link. You've already made a first impression.
- 🔥 Hot lead means they're pre-approved or paying cash, moving within 3 months, don't have an agent, or have a home to sell. Call those first.
What you do
- Tap the link in the alert. You'll see the buyer's answers and a Call button. No login needed.
- After you reach them, tap "I've contacted them." That stops the automatic check-ins and records your response time.
- If the buyer texts back, Zallant forwards the reply to your phone right away.
Good to know
- If nobody contacts a lead within 15 minutes, your team lead is notified.
- Leads also land in Follow Up Boss, where Zallant's texts show on the timeline as "Sent by Zallant".
- Buyers can reply STOP at any time, and Zallant respects it. Don't add anyone who didn't ask to be contacted.
